China to issue first white paper on foreign trade

China will issue a white paper on foreign trade Wednesday to introduce its efforts in promoting economic and trade cooperation with other countries over the past three decades.

The 35-page document, entitled "China's Foreign Trade", will be the country's first white paper on foreign trade. It will be released by the Information Office of the State Council.
